Logging into My ReFresh

Workers sign in to My ReFresh at **app.refresh.tech** using the same login as the admin app. Once signed in, the Employee Portal opens by default. Workers do not see the Admin / My ReFresh toggle.

Workers sign in to My ReFresh at app.refresh.tech using the same login as the admin app. Once signed in, the Employee Portal opens by default. Workers do not see the Admin / My ReFresh toggle.

  • Login URL: app.refresh.tech

  • Sign-in methods: Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft, or email and password

  • Workers are sent surveys and policy sign-offs via email; clicking the link takes them straight to the relevant page in My ReFresh

  • Workers without admin permissions only see the Employee Portal


Signing in

  1. Go to app.refresh.tech.

  2. Choose how you want to sign in: Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft, or email and password.

  3. Complete the verification step if prompted.

  4. Click Sign in.

If your organisation uses single sign-on through a different provider (for example, Okta), entering your work email may redirect you to that provider.


Survey and policy email links

Surveys and policy sign-off requests arrive in your work inbox. Click the link in the email to:

  • Complete the survey (no sign-in required for some survey types; the link is unique to you)

  • Acknowledge or sign a policy (sign-in required so the acknowledgement can be recorded against your account)

If the link does not work, sign in to app.refresh.tech directly and find the item under Pending Sign-offs on your home page or under Surveys in the sidebar.


What you see after signing in

The home page opens by default. The top of the page shows:

  • A welcome message

  • Pending Sign-offs: documents and policies waiting for your acknowledgement or signature

  • Quick Actions: tiles for View Documentation, View Surveys, Report an Incident, View My Incidents

The sidebar groups your tools under Incidents, Surveys, and Documentation.


Common issues

If you cannot sign in:

  • Check the email address you entered matches your work email

  • If your organisation uses SSO, try signing in through the Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft button instead

  • If the verification step (Cloudflare check) does not complete, refresh the page

If problems persist, contact your administrator or follow "Login and SSO issues" (9.1).
