Browser and device compatibility

ReFresh runs in the browser. Use any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on desktop, laptop, or tablet. There is no native mobile app and no offline mode today; both are on the roadmap.

  • Browser-based access only (no native mobile app)

  • Workers receive surveys and policy sign-offs via email links

  • Native mobile app and offline mode (Roadmap)


Supported browsers

ReFresh works in any modern browser. The four primary tested browsers are:

  • Google Chrome (latest two versions)

  • Mozilla Firefox (latest two versions)

  • Apple Safari (latest two versions, on macOS and iOS)

  • Microsoft Edge (latest two versions)

If you use a less common browser, ReFresh will likely still work, but specific issues may not be reproducible by support.


Tablet and mobile browsers

ReFresh is responsive and works on tablet and mobile browsers (Safari on iOS, Chrome on Android). The interface adapts to smaller screens but is optimised for desktop or laptop.

For workers, the most common access pattern is:

  • Receive a survey or policy email

  • Open the link on whatever device they are using (typically desktop or laptop, sometimes phone)

  • Complete the action in the browser


No native mobile app

There is no native mobile app today. Workers and admins access ReFresh through the browser. If you require a mobile app for field work, this is on the roadmap.


No offline mode

ReFresh requires internet connectivity. There is no offline mode for surveys, incident reporting, or any other action. For field workers in low-connectivity environments, schedule survey windows when access is available.

Offline mode is on the roadmap.


Kiosk mode

A dedicated kiosk mode for shared terminals (frontline workers without individual logins) is on the roadmap.
