My ReFresh is the employee portal where workers report incidents, complete surveys, and acknowledge documentation. It is a streamlined, privacy-focused interface separate from the admin compliance view.

  • Branded as the Employee Portal in the top-left

  • Sidebar: Home, Incidents (My Incidents, Report Incident), Surveys, Documentation

  • Workers see only their own data; admins cannot see individual responses

  • Admins can switch between Admin and My ReFresh using the toggle in the top right

  • Workers without admin permissions only see My ReFresh

What workers cannot see

My ReFresh is intentionally limited. Workers cannot see:

  • Other workers' incidents or responses

  • The risk register

  • Controls and evidence

  • Frameworks or compliance progress

  • Reports, audits, or governance content

  • Survey results from any survey (only their own responses)

How privacy works

Surveys: confidentiality is at the user level by default. Aggregated group results are only displayed to admins once at least five responses are received, preventing individual identification (see "Anonymous and identified responses", 3.5).

Incidents: workers can submit identified or anonymous reports. For identified reports, the worker's identity is shared with the team reviewing the report; for anonymous reports, only the report content is shared (see "Anonymous reporting and what happens next", 7.4).

Policies: sign-off events are recorded against the worker's account so admins can verify who acknowledged what and when (see "Workers acknowledging policies", 4.12).
