What is My ReFresh

My ReFresh is the employee portal: a streamlined, privacy-focused space where you report incidents, complete surveys, and acknowledge policies. It is separate from the admin compliance workspace, and it only shows you your own information.

Written by Taylor Laing
  • Branded as My ReFresh

  • Sidebar: Home, My Incidents, Report Incident, Surveys, Documentation

  • You see only your own data; admins cannot see your individual survey responses

  • If you also have admin permissions, you can switch between the Admin workspace and My ReFresh using the toggle in the top right

  • If you do not have admin permissions, you only ever see My ReFresh

What you cannot see

My ReFresh is intentionally limited. You cannot see:

  • Other workers' incidents or responses

  • The risk register

  • Controls and evidence

  • Frameworks or compliance progress

  • Reports, audits, or governance content

  • Survey results from any survey (only your own responses)

How your privacy is protected

Surveys: your individual responses are confidential. Admins only ever see aggregated group results, and only once at least five responses have been received from a group. This five-response floor prevents anyone from identifying individual answers in a small team. See Completing a survey.

Incidents: you can submit an identified or an anonymous report. For identified reports, your identity is shared with the team reviewing the report; for anonymous reports, only the report content is shared. See Anonymous reporting and what happens next.

Policies: sign-off events are recorded against your account so your organisation can verify who acknowledged what, and when. See Viewing and acknowledging policies.
