What ReFresh covers
ReFresh covers the full psychosocial compliance lifecycle. That includes identifying hazards through surveys and worker reports, assessing risks, implementing and tracking controls, investigating incidents, recording consultation, and producing reports for the board and regulators.
The platform is aligned to the 17 psychosocial hazard categories defined in the Australian Code of Practice. It also supports compliance frameworks for organisations operating in Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United Kingdom, and against the ISO 45003 international standard.
Who uses ReFresh
Two groups of people use ReFresh, and they see different interfaces.
WHS managers, compliance officers, and admins use the Admin view to configure frameworks, manage risks and controls, investigate incidents, generate reports, and oversee compliance.
Workers use My ReFresh to report incidents, complete surveys assigned to them, and acknowledge documentation.
Users with admin permissions can switch between the two views using the Admin / My ReFresh toggle in the top right of every page.
How the admin interface is organised
The admin sidebar groups modules by function. From top to bottom:
Home and Tasks for daily orientation and your action list
Detection: Incidents, Surveys
Risk Assessment: Risk Register, Hierarchy Dashboard, Consultations
Compliance: Frameworks, Controls, Evidence (Documents, Policies)
Governance: Reports, Reviews
Account, organisation, and integration settings sit behind the gear icon in the top right.
Where to start
The Home page is your starting point. It tracks progress through a five-step Safety Program: Foundation, Know Your Risks, Act on Your Findings, Complete the Requirements, and Go Further.
