The asset library

The asset library is your organisation's shared image store. Upload logos, cover images, and other graphics once, then reuse them across the reports and documents you build in ReFresh.

What the asset library is for

When you build a report or a document, you often want the same images available every time: your logo, a cover image, section graphics, or brand elements. The asset library holds these centrally so you don't upload the same file repeatedly, and so everyone building content pulls from a consistent set.

The library accepts image files in PNG, JPEG, WebP, and GIF formats.

Managing your assets

Open Settings → Assets to view your library. Click Upload Asset or drag and drop a file into the upload zone to add new images, and remove ones you no longer need. Uploaded assets then become available to pick from when you build reports and documents.
