On-demand reports are generated from the Reports page (admin sidebar → Governance → Reports). Pick a template, give the report a name, and edit the resulting draft in the report editor.

  • Open Reports at sidebar → Governance → Reports

  • Tabs: My Reports and Templates

  • Click + New Report to start a new report from a template

  • Each report opens in the editor in Editing mode with Save and Mark as Ready actions

  • Reports can be customised page by page using Elements, Text, Media, and Templates panels

Opening Reports

Admin sidebar → Governance → Reports. The page shows:

  • Recent Reports: thumbnails of your two most recent reports for quick access

  • My Reports tab: list of every report you have access to

  • Templates tab: published report templates

The list table on My Reports shows Name, Type (Custom or template name), Period (the reporting window), Generated date, and Status.

Creating a new report

Click + New Report in the top right. The New Report dialog asks you to:

  1. Pick a template from the picker (the default is Quarterly Psychosocial Risk & Culture Report)

  2. Optionally, give the report a custom name and description

Click Create to generate the draft and open it in the editor.

The report editor

The editor opens in Editing mode with the following layout:

  • Top bar: back arrow, Editing/Preview toggle, undo/redo, report title, status (Draft), Save, and Mark as Ready actions

  • Left sidebar: tabs for Elements, Text, Media, Templates, and Settings

  • Centre: the report content, paginated (Page 1 of N visible at the bottom)

  • Bottom right: page navigation and zoom controls

Adding elements to the report

The Elements tab in the left sidebar offers:

  • Tables: structured data tables drawing from your tenant

  • Charts: visualisations of metrics

  • Layout: page layout components

  • Data: dynamic data fields that pull from the tenant

  • Fields: report-specific fields (Reporting Period, Prepared by, etc.)

Drag elements onto a page or click to insert. Each element pulls live data from the tenant when the report is regenerated.

Adding text and media

  • Text tab: heading and paragraph text components

  • Media tab: images and other media you can upload or reference

Saving and marking as ready

While editing, click Save to persist progress. Reports remain in Draft state until you click Mark as Ready, at which point they move to Ready state and become exportable.

Once Ready, export the report in PDF or PPT format using the export action on the Reports page.
