Open Reports from the admin sidebar → Governance → Reports
The page has two tabs: My Reports and Templates
Start a new report with New Report and choose a template
Each report opens in the editor as a Draft, with Save and Mark as Ready actions
Build the report page by page, then export it as PDF or PPTX
Opening Reports
Go to the admin sidebar → Governance → Reports (/app/reports). The page shows:
Recent Reports: quick-access thumbnails of your most recent reports
My Reports tab: every report you have access to
Templates tab: the report templates available to you
The My Reports table lists each report's Name, Type (generated reports show Custom), Period (the reporting window), Generated date, and Status (Draft or Ready).
Creating a new report
Click New Report in the top right.
Pick a template from the picker. The demo tenant ships one template: the Quarterly Psychosocial Risk and Culture Report.
Optionally give the report a custom name and description.
Click Create to generate the draft and open it in the editor. The generated report shows Type = Custom.
For a full board pack, start from the Quarterly Psychosocial Risk and Culture Report template. See The Quarterly Board Report.
The report editor
The editor opens in Editing mode:
Top bar: back arrow, Editing/Preview toggle, undo/redo, the report title, the current status, Save, and Mark as Ready
Left sidebar: panels for building the report (see below)
Centre: the report content, paginated
Bottom right: page navigation and zoom controls
Building the report
Add and arrange content from the left-sidebar panels:
Tables: structured data tables drawn from your tenant
Charts: visualisations of your metrics
Layout: page layout components
Data and Fields: dynamic fields that pull live from your tenant (reporting period, prepared-by, and similar)
Text: headings and paragraphs for your own commentary
Media: images and other assets you upload or reference
Drag an element onto a page or click to insert it. Elements that pull live data are refreshed when the report is regenerated, so a report reflects your tenant at the time it runs.
Images and logos come from your organisation's asset library. See the asset library article in Account & Administration.
Saving and marking as ready
Click Save at any point to keep your progress. A report stays in Draft while you iterate. When it's finished, click Mark as Ready; the status moves to Ready and the report becomes exportable.
Exporting
Once a report is Ready, export it from the editor or from the Reports list as:
PDF: the standard format for distribution and filing
PowerPoint (PPTX): useful when you're presenting the report in a meeting
