Open Settings via the gear icon (top right)
Settings has nine pages, each covering one part of your organisation's setup
The Company page sets your organisation's profile, branding, industry, worker locations, and timezone
Most other Settings pages have their own help article
Opening Settings
Click the gear icon in the top right of any page. This opens Settings, with its pages listed in the left sidebar.
You need Admin or Organization Admin permissions to change tenant-wide settings. Members do not have access to Settings.
Company profile
The Company page sets your organisation's identity inside ReFresh. Click Edit on a section to update it. The page is grouped into four sections.
Organisation Profile
Organisation Icon: shown in menus as a small avatar across the platform
Organisation Logo: shown in the sidebar
Organisation Name: displayed in the organisation switcher and on reports
Description: a short summary of your organisation
Organisation Details
Industry Sector: the industry classification used to suggest sector-specific frameworks and risk scenarios
Worker Locations: the country or countries your workforce is based in; drives jurisdictional configuration
Workforce Defaults
Average Annual Salary (AUD) and Standard Working Hours per Week: these feed the survey Estimated Exposure cost model, so completing them makes that figure meaningful.
Configuration
3-Axis Risk Rating: a toggle that sets which risk-rating model your organisation uses. When on, ReFresh uses the Comcare-aligned three-axis model (Duration by Frequency by Severity). When off, it uses the two-axis model (Frequency by Severity) and the Duration input disappears across risk assessments. See Conducting a risk assessment and How risk ratings are calculated.
Set your worker locations early: Your Worker Locations drive jurisdictional configuration, so set them before you activate frameworks or run your first survey. Fill in Workforce Defaults too if you want the survey Estimated Exposure figure to reflect your workforce.
