ReFresh ships with 173 pre-built psychosocial controls across five categories (governance, job design, policies, training, environment). Open the library at admin sidebar → Compliance → Controls.

  • 173 pre-built controls aligned to active frameworks

  • Each control has a code (for example, GOV-14), description, hierarchy level, requirement level, renewal frequency

  • Controls are shared across frameworks (1,682 control-to-requirement mappings)

  • Controls link to risk scenarios (383 control-to-scenario mappings)

  • The Controls page shows your overall completion percentage at the top

Opening the Controls page

Admin sidebar → Compliance → Controls. The page shows:

  • Overall completion percentage with a Complete / Needs Evidence / Due Soon legend

  • A Filter and Sort bar

  • A note explaining the current sort order, for example: "Controls sorted by your current focus: Complete the Requirements (4 of 5). Overdue and due-soon items first, then by hierarchy level (substitution before administrative before PPE)."

  • A table of controls

Cross-framework sharing

A single control can satisfy requirements across multiple frameworks. Activating a new framework instantly maps existing controls to its requirements and surfaces any gaps.

For example, if you already have controls in place for the Queensland Psychosocial Risk Management framework and you activate ISO 45003, ReFresh shows which existing controls cover ISO 45003 requirements and which are still missing.

Searching, filtering, and sorting

  • Search Controls at the top of the page filters by name or description

  • Filter narrows by framework, category, status, hierarchy level, owner

  • Sort orders by ID, name, evidence progress, or status

  • The current sort is shown above the table; clicking the X clears the smart sort and lets you sort manually
