When your organisation runs a survey, you receive an email with a unique link. Click the link to open the survey in your browser; complete it and submit. Your individual responses are confidential.
Surveys arrive by email with a unique link
Open the link in any modern browser
Surveys also appear in My ReFresh → Surveys if you are signed in
Individual responses are not shown to admins; only aggregated results are surfaced (and only when at least five responses have been received in the group)
Anonymous surveys do not record who completed them; identified surveys do
How you receive a survey
Your organisation sends each survey by email. The email contains:
The survey name (for example, "Q3 2026 Psychosocial Health Assessment")
A short note explaining why the survey is being run
A unique link that takes you to your copy of the survey
The link is unique to you so the platform can track completion. You do not need to log in to ReFresh to complete most survey types; the link itself authenticates you.
Completing the survey
Click the link in the email. The survey opens in your browser. Each question typically asks you to:
Rate a statement on a scale (for example, "Strongly Disagree" to "Strongly Agree")
Pick one or more options
Provide a short open-text response (only for some questions)
Move through the survey at your own pace. Your progress is saved automatically; if you close the browser and click the link again later, you can resume where you left off.
Anonymous and identified surveys
Surveys are configured by your organisation as either:
Anonymous: your responses cannot be linked back to you. The platform tracks that the survey was completed against a token, but the responses themselves are stored without your identity
Identified: your responses are stored against your account. Aggregated results are still the only thing admins see, but the underlying data has your identity attached
The survey introduction tells you which mode you are in.
When admins see results
Admins never see your individual responses. They see:
Aggregated group scores, but only once at least five responses have been received from that group
Per-group response counts (received, in progress, not started)
Trends across multiple surveys
The five-response minimum protects against small-group identification: in a team of three, an aggregated score would effectively reveal individual answers.
Finding surveys after the email
If you want to revisit your surveys:
Sign in to app.refresh.tech.
In My ReFresh, click Surveys in the sidebar.
Your assigned surveys are listed with completion status.
