Templates and My Reports
The Reports page (/app/reports) has two tabs:
Templates: the report templates available to you. A template is a reusable starting structure, not a finished document.
My Reports: the reports you have generated and can access. These are the working copies you edit, mark ready, and export.
The primary template is the Quarterly Psychosocial Risk and Culture Report, a board-level quarterly document. See The Quarterly Board Report.
Generating a report from a template
Click New Report on the Reports page.
On the Choose a template to generate a report from step, pick the template you want.
Optionally name the report and set its reporting period.
Click through to generate it. The new report appears under My Reports and opens in the builder.
A generated report is an independent copy: editing it never changes the template, and you can generate as many reports from the same template as you need.
Editing a generated report
A generated report opens in a drag-and-drop builder. Add and arrange content from the left-sidebar panels (tables, charts, layout, dynamic fields, text, and media), then position each element on the page. Elements that pull live data refresh from your tenant when the report is generated.
Reports move through a simple status flow:
Draft: the working state while you build and edit. Use Save to keep your progress.
Ready: click Mark as Ready when the report is final. It then becomes exportable.
For the full editor walkthrough, see Generating an on-demand report.
Exporting
Once a report is Ready, export it as:
PDF: the standard format for distribution and filing.
PowerPoint (PPTX): useful when you are presenting the report in a meeting.
