If Risk Intelligence tells you what your psychosocial risks are, and Safety Orchestration is what you do about them, Governance and Evidence is how you see it and how you prove it, to your board, your workers, and a regulator.
What this pillar gives you
See your posture at a glance. The dashboard consolidates your Safety Program progress, hotspots, tasks, and psychosocial risk profile into a single view.
Understand your people. The people-analytics surface (Insights and Detection) turns survey data into wellbeing and risk signals across teams.
Report to your board. The report builder produces board-ready documents, including the Quarterly Psychosocial Risk and Culture Report, generated on demand and exportable as PDF or PowerPoint (PPTX).
Prove your work. A read-only activity log records who did what and when across incidents, controls, risk assessments, tasks, and documents: the evidence you present in a compliance report or a regulatory defence.
The surfaces and how they fit together
Surface | What it does | Where it lives |
Dashboard | Home and Psychosocial views: program progress, hotspots, tasks, and the psychosocial risk profile |
|
Insights and Detection | People analytics: company health, wellbeing signals, and team-level detail |
|
Reports | The report builder, including the Quarterly Psychosocial Risk and Culture Report; export to PDF or PPTX |
|
Activity log | A read-only activity log on each record: incidents, controls, risk assessments, tasks, documents | on each record |
Where your evidence actually lives: The documents, policies, and tests that prove a control is in place live in Records (/app/records), part of Safety Orchestration. Governance and Evidence is where you report on and audit that evidence, rather than where you store it. See Records - documents, policies, and tests.
Proving your compliance to a regulator
The pillar is built so you can demonstrate three things to a regulator or auditor: that you identified your risks deliberately, that you are actively tracking and treating them, and that your workers are engaged. To assemble that story:
Pull the current picture from the dashboard and the Psychosocial tab. See The dashboard (Home and Psychosocial).
Generate a report (a custom report or the board report) as a point-in-time PDF or PPTX. See Generating an on-demand report and The Quarterly Board Report.
Export the evidence and history. Records hold the evidence itself; each record's audit trail shows the timeline of decisions and changes. Together these form a regulator-ready evidence pack. See Compiling an evidence pack for a regulator and Using the audit trail (activity log).
"Evidence pack" is an assembled output, not a single button: ReFresh doesn't have a one-click "evidence pack" export. You assemble one from Records (the evidence), Reports (the narrative), and the audit trail (the timeline). See Compiling an evidence pack for a regulator.
