Governance and Evidence is the cluster of ReFresh modules that produce defensible records of compliance decisions and implementation of compliance controls. The modules are:
Policies: Define what your organisation requires. Store policy documents, assign reviews, track worker sign-off.
Evidence: Attach or generate evidence that you meet a requirement. Connect to external data sources or upload directly.
Tasks: Assign action items and track accountability. Record completion, escalate overdue tasks, attach evidence.
Audit Trail: View a timestamped log of all activity within Governance and Evidence. Download for regulator inspection.
Together, these modules form the core defence against allegations of non-compliance: you can show a regulator that you chose a requirement deliberately, you are tracking it actively, and workers are aware of it. This stack also forms the narrative you present in a quarterly compliance report or regulatory defence.
