Available frameworks (by jurisdiction)

ReFresh is built for psychosocial safety, and its framework catalogue is multi-jurisdiction: the international standard plus jurisdiction-specific codes across Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United Kingdom.

Written by Taylor Laing

You'll find every framework on the admin sidebar → Compliance → Frameworks, under the Available tab.

What you can activate today

The catalogue is grouped by jurisdiction. ReFresh adds and updates frameworks over time, so treat the list below as representative and check the Available tab in the app for the current set:

Jurisdiction

Framework

International

ISO 45003: Psychological Health and Safety

Australia

ACT, Comcare, NSW, Queensland, Victoria psychosocial frameworks

Australia

Northern Territory (NT), SafeWork Australia, South Australia (SA), Tasmania (TAS), Western Australia (WA)

Canada

Alberta, British Columbia, Canada Federal (CLC), Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan

New Zealand

New Zealand psychosocial risk management

Singapore

Singapore psychosocial risk management

United Kingdom

UK psychosocial risk management

The Active and Available tabs tell you which frameworks are already switched on versus ready to activate. Anything you haven't activated yet, including additional Australian jurisdictions such as the Northern Territory, sits under Available until you activate it.

Multi-jurisdiction: ReFresh ships international and jurisdiction-specific psychosocial frameworks across Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, and the UK. If you operate across states or countries, activate each relevant jurisdiction; the shared control model means you won't duplicate the work. See Working with multiple frameworks.

How each framework is described

Open any framework from the Available tab to see its detail drawer. Each one lists:

  • Framework Type: Legislation, Standard, or Code of Practice

  • Category: Psychosocial

  • Location: the jurisdiction it applies to

  • Description and key features: scope and what the framework covers

  • Last Published: when ReFresh last updated it

Choosing which frameworks apply to you

  • A single jurisdiction operation typically activates its own jurisdiction's code plus ISO 45003.

  • A multi-jurisdiction operation activates each state or country where it has workers.

  • A Commonwealth agency or Comcare-covered employer activates Comcare (plus ISO 45003).

You don't have to get this perfect up front; activation shows a preview of exactly what will change before you commit, and you can activate more frameworks at any time. See Activating a framework (and what happens next).
