A framework in ReFresh is a regulatory or standards-based set of requirements (for example, Comcare, SafeWork Australia, ISO 45003). Activating a framework links its requirements to your control register; controls are shared across frameworks, so additional frameworks rarely increase your total workload.

  • 20 published frameworks across 6 jurisdictions: Australia, Canada, NZ, Singapore, UK, and ISO

  • Each framework decomposes into individual requirements (739 across the library)

  • 173 shared controls cover requirements across multiple frameworks (1,682 mappings total)

  • Frameworks are tabbed: Active, Available, Roles, Recent Updates

  • Each framework lists the regulator, scope, and key features

Where to find frameworks

Admin sidebar → Compliance → Frameworks. The page header explains: "Activate frameworks to link their requirements to your control register; controls are shared, so additional frameworks rarely increase your total workload."

Four tabs run across the top:

  • Active (count): frameworks your organisation has activated

  • Available (count): frameworks ReFresh has published that you have not activated

  • Roles (count): framework-defined roles available across all your frameworks

  • Recent Updates (count): recent published changes to active frameworks

Frameworks grouped by region

Frameworks are grouped by region. For an Australian customer, you typically see:

  • International: ISO 45003 Psychological Health and Safety

  • Australia: ACT, Comcare, NSW, Queensland, Victoria, plus SafeWork Australia, NT, SA, WA, Tasmania

Each row shows the framework name, the short code, and your progress toward the target compliance date.

Frameworks ReFresh ships with today

Region

Searching, filtering, and sorting

  • Search by name, country, jurisdiction: top search bar

  • Filter: narrow by region, type, or progress

  • Sort: order by name or progress

Roles

Each framework can define roles that customers map to people in their organisation (Compliance Officer, HSR, Department Lead, etc.). The number on the Roles tab is the count of roles defined across all your frameworks combined.

For more on assigning organisation-side roles, see "User roles and permissions overview" (1.3).
