Policies that require worker sign-off appear in the My ReFresh portal as Pending Acknowledgement. Workers see a summary of the policy and can acknowledge it with a single click.
How worker acknowledgement works
You assign a policy to workers via the Policy page > Assign button.
ReFresh sends a notification email and/or SMS (depending on your settings).
Workers log into the My ReFresh portal and see the policy under Pending Acknowledgement.
Workers click I acknowledge to confirm receipt and understanding.
ReFresh logs a timestamped record of acknowledgement.
Checking acknowledgement status
On the Policy page, click the Acknowledgements tab. You can see:
Which workers have acknowledged
Which workers are still pending
The date and time each worker acknowledged
Email and SMS delivery status for each notification
You can also send a reminder to workers who have not yet acknowledged.
Re-acknowledgement
If you make a significant change to a policy, you can set it to require re-acknowledgement. Workers will see it again in Pending Acknowledgement and must acknowledge the updated version.
