After your onboarding sessions with the ReFresh team, work through the five-step Safety Program on your Home page (Foundation, Know Your Risks, Act on Your Findings, Complete the Requirements, Go Further) to take your organisation from clean install to inspection-ready.

  • The Home page tracks your progress through five steps

  • Each step has a focused outcome and links directly to the relevant module

  • New tenants start at Step 1 (Foundation) with no requirements complete

  • The "Next controls to address" panel suggests what to do next at each step

  • Steps build on each other: complete Foundation before moving to Know Your Risks

Step 1, Foundation

Foundation establishes the governance structure your safety program runs on. The default Foundation step covers seven controls, including:

  • Running scheduled risk assessments with worker consultation and surveys

  • Consulting workers on psychosocial risk management decisions

  • Registering identified hazards

  • Conducting routine and incident-triggered control reviews

  • Identifying all workers under your duty of care and ensuring controls reach them

Each control opens directly from the Home page. Complete the listed evidence for each before moving on.

For more detail on controls and evidence, see "Assigning control owners and managing renewals" (4.3) and "Uploading evidence to a control" (4.4).

Step 2, Know Your Risks

Once Foundation is complete, the Safety Program moves you to Know Your Risks. This step focuses on identifying and assessing the psychosocial hazards that apply to your organisation.

Clicking Know Your Risks takes you to the Risk Register, where you can:

  • Adopt risk scenarios from the pre-built library aligned to your active frameworks

  • Create custom risk assessments specific to your organisation

  • Conduct assessments using the structured workflow

For more detail, see "Conducting a risk assessment" (3.7), "Using the risk register" (3.8), and "Adopting risks from the scenario library" (3.9).

Step 3, Act on Your Findings

Act on Your Findings turns identified risks into trackable controls. Clicking Act on Your Findings takes you to the Controls page.

At this step you:

  • Review the controls surfaced by your active frameworks

  • Assign owners and set renewal frequencies

  • Upload the evidence each control requires

For more detail, see "The control library" (4.2), "Assigning control owners and managing renewals" (4.3), and "Uploading evidence to a control" (4.4).

Step 4, Complete the Requirements

Step 4 closes out the remaining mandatory controls and evidence across all your active frameworks. Finishing this step means every legal obligation has been addressed for the frameworks you have activated.

The Home page shows progress as a fraction (for example, "19 of 31 complete"). Controls are sorted by current focus, then by overdue or due-soon status, then by hierarchy level (substitution before administrative before personal).

Step 5, Go Further

Step 5 is for organisations that have completed mandatory compliance and want to mature their psychosocial safety programme beyond the minimum. (Specific scope to be confirmed; placeholder pending product team input.)
