Logging in and navigating ReFresh

Sign in at app.refresh.tech using Google, Microsoft, or your email and password, then use the Admin / My ReFresh toggle to switch between admin and worker views.

Sign in at app.refresh.tech using Google, Microsoft, or your email and password, then use the Admin / My ReFresh toggle to switch between admin and worker views.

Signing in

  1. Go to app.refresh.tech.

  2. Choose how you want to sign in:

    • Continue with Google uses your Google Workspace account

    • Continue with Microsoft uses your Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) account

    • Or enter your email address and password directly

  3. Complete the verification step if prompted.

  4. Click Sign in.

If your organisation uses single sign-on through a different provider (for example, Okta), your sign-in flow may redirect you to that provider after you enter your email. Speak to your administrator if you are unsure which method to use.


Switching between Admin and My ReFresh

The Admin / My ReFresh toggle sits in the top-right corner of every page, next to your name. Click Admin for the admin and compliance view, or My ReFresh for the worker portal.

Workers without admin permissions only see the My ReFresh portal and the toggle is not shown.


The admin navigation

The left sidebar groups modules by function. From top to bottom:

  • Home: dashboard and Safety Program progress

  • Tasks: a personal action list of items assigned to you

  • Detection: Incidents (with Triage Queue, All Incidents, Investigations) and Surveys

  • Risk Assessment: Risk Register, Hierarchy Dashboard, Consultations

  • Compliance: Frameworks, Controls, Evidence (Documents, Policies)

  • Governance: Reports, Reviews

The organisation switcher and the sidebar collapse toggle sit in the top-left corner. The breadcrumb in the page header shows your current location.


Settings

Click the gear icon in the top right to open Settings. The Settings sidebar covers:

  • Company: organisation name, logo, industry sector, worker locations

  • Employees: list of users in your organisation

  • Groups: teams, departments, business units

  • Org Chart: reporting relationships

  • Invites: invite new users and manage public-join links

  • User Auto-Sync and Group Sync: HRIS-driven user and group synchronisation

  • Billing: subscription and payment details

  • Assets: company-managed assets

  • Incident Management: incident reporting configuration


Common issues and troubleshooting

If you cannot sign in, check the following:

  • The email address you entered matches the account your administrator created

  • Your single sign-on provider is online (try signing in to your Google or Microsoft account directly)

  • The verification step has completed; refresh the page if it has not
