The Notion integration syncs document content. Use it to:

Keep your Notion-based policy library in sync with ReFresh's evidence library

Pull operational documentation referenced in ReFresh controls

Find Notion and click Connect.

Authenticate via OAuth with your Notion workspace.

1. Open the Integrations page.
2. Find Notion and click Connect.
3. Authenticate via OAuth with your Notion workspace.
4. Pick the pages or databases to sync.
5. Save.

Changes in Notion propagate to ReFresh on the configured cadence; ReFresh-side changes are not pushed back to Notion (the sync is one-way by default).

The Fireflies.ai integration brings meeting transcripts and analysis into ReFresh. Use it to:

Attach a transcript of a consultation meeting to the relevant Consultation record

Link an investigation interview transcript to the investigation

Capture the audit trail of a compliance discussion

Find Fireflies.ai and click Connect.

Authenticate via OAuth with your Fireflies account.

Configure which meeting types are eligible for ReFresh attachment.

1. Open the Integrations page.
2. Find Fireflies.ai and click Connect.
3. Authenticate via OAuth with your Fireflies account.
4. Configure which meeting types are eligible for ReFresh attachment.
5. Save.

When a meeting is recorded and transcribed by Fireflies, the transcript can be attached to the relevant ReFresh record (consultation, investigation, control review).

From the Integrations page, click the connected card and choose Disconnect. The integration stops syncing immediately. Already-synced documents and transcripts remain in ReFresh.
