Connect Salesforce, HubSpot, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, or Atlassian Jira to keep customer data and project tasks in sync between your existing systems and ReFresh.
CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot
Project Management: ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, Atlassian Jira
All connect via OAuth from the Integrations page
Use cases: data sync (CRM), task sync and issue tracking (project management)
CRM integrations
Integration | What it enables |
Salesforce | Customer and contact data sync; link compliance work to CRM records |
HubSpot | Contact data sync; link compliance work to HubSpot records |
CRM integrations help organisations whose compliance work touches customer relationships (for example, regulated industries where compliance posture is reported back to clients).
Project management integrations
Integration | What it enables |
ClickUp | Task sync between ReFresh tasks and ClickUp tasks |
Monday.com | Task sync |
Trello | Task sync |
Atlassian Jira | Task sync, issue tracking |
Use these when your team uses an existing project management tool and you want compliance tasks (control reviews, evidence updates, investigation actions) to appear there too.
Connecting any of these tools
The connection flow is the same for all six:
Open the Integrations page.
Find the tool in the CRM or Project Management category (or use the search bar in the top right).
Click Connect on the tool's card.
Authenticate via OAuth with that tool.
Configure scope:
Which records or tasks to sync
Direction (one-way or two-way)
Field mapping
Save the connection.
Once connected, the integration runs continuously: changes flow according to the configured scope.
Disconnecting
From the Integrations page, click the connected card and choose Disconnect. The integration stops syncing immediately. Existing synced data remains in both systems.
