Scheduled report generation is supported today for the Quarterly Board Report. Additional scheduled formats and custom report templates are roadmap.

  • Reports can be scheduled to generate automatically on a recurring cadence

  • The default candidate for scheduling is the Quarterly Board Report

  • Scheduled reports generate in Draft state and notify the configured owner

  • Owners review, finalise, and Mark as Ready before distribution

  • Additional templates and custom report templates are planned

(Roadmap: additional scheduled report formats; custom report templates.)

How scheduling works today

Scheduled reports run on a recurring cadence (for example, the first day of each calendar quarter for the Quarterly Board Report). When the cadence is reached:

  1. ReFresh generates a new report from the configured template

  2. The report appears on the Reports page as a Draft

  3. The configured owner is notified by email

  4. The owner reviews, edits, and Marks as Ready

  5. The finalised report is exported and distributed

Setting up a schedule

Open the Reports page and create or edit a scheduled report. Configuration options:

  • Template: which template to use (currently Quarterly Psychosocial Risk & Culture Report)

  • Cadence: monthly, quarterly, annually, or custom

  • Reporting period scope: how the period is calculated each time the report runs

  • Owner: the user notified when the draft is ready

  • Distribution list (optional): people who receive the finalised report after Marking as Ready

What is on the roadmap

Future enhancements to scheduling:

  • Additional templates: more platform templates beyond the Quarterly Board Report

  • Custom report templates: customer-built templates that can be scheduled

  • Auto-export: automatic PDF or PPT generation on Mark as Ready

  • Recipient distribution: automatic delivery to a configured list
