Subscription tiers and what is included

ReFresh offers three subscription tiers: Essential, Professional, and Automate. Each tier includes different features and integrations. Compare features and choose the tier that fits your compliance needs.

ReFresh has three subscription tiers: Essentials, Operate, and Automate. Each tier includes a specific set of features and a defined onboarding allocation. View your current plan and seat usage at Settings → Billing.

All of Operate plus SSO configuration, API provisioning, extended post-go-live support, quarterly review call in year one

Beyond the included cap, additional work is scoped as professional services at $450 per hour.


Viewing your plan

Open Settings → Billing. The page shows:

  • Your Plan: the active subscription

  • Status: Active or otherwise

  • Seats: current usage versus allocated seats

  • Next billing date: when your next billing cycle starts

  • Manage Billing button: opens the billing portal where you can update payment details

If you are over your seat allocation, the page shows a notice ("You're using X of Y seats. Please update your plan or contact us"). Click the contact link or your account contact to expand the allocation.


Cancelling

To cancel your subscription, contact ReFresh support via the contact support link on the Billing page, or contact your account contact. Cancellation cannot be self-served from the UI.


Pricing summary

Pricing is based on three components:

  1. One-time platform fee in year 1 only ($3,000 / $5,000 / $10,000 by tier; waived on 3-year and 5-year commitments)

  2. Admin seats: $20 per admin per month, flat across all tiers

  3. Per-worker fees: scaled across five worker bands

Multi-year commitments attract recurring discounts (10% for 2 years, 15% for 3 years, 20% for 5 years).
