Tenant-level settings sit behind the gear icon in the top right and cover your organisation's profile, employees, groups, reporting structure, integrations, billing, and incident reporting configuration.

  • Open Settings via the gear icon (top right)

  • Settings sidebar covers Company, Employees, Groups, Org Chart, Invites, User Auto-Sync, Group Sync, Billing, Assets, Incident Management

  • The Company page sets your organisation's profile, branding, industry sector, and worker locations

  • Most other Settings pages have their own help articles linked at the end


Opening Settings

Click the gear icon in the top right of any page. This opens Settings, with sub-pages listed in the left sidebar.

You need Organization Admin permissions to change most tenant-wide settings. Compliance Managers and Members see a limited subset.


Company profile

The Company page sets your organisation's identity inside ReFresh.

Company Profile controls:

  • Company Icon: shown in menus and as a small avatar across the platform

  • Company Logo: shown in the sidebar

  • Company Name: the name displayed in the organisation switcher and in reports

  • Description: a short description of what your organisation does

Business Details controls:

  • Industry Sector: the industry classification used for sector-specific framework and risk scenario suggestions

  • Worker Locations: the country or countries your workforce is based in, used for jurisdictional configuration

Click Edit on either section to update the details.
